Great flavour
Love it - seemed expensive but will last me a good while. I only needed a tsp of this in the cake recipe I used and this was enough to give a strong enough flavour and a beautiful colour. It looks like it’ll stain your equipment but it wipes away completely very easily. Thank you

Made pandan chiffon cake with it. Next best thing if you don't have access to fresh pandan leaves

Smells not as pandan,
Don't know how it goes with pastry or something else,but it selves smells terrible I am not going to use it
