Yes I can. I'm very particular about buying flushable cleaning products. I try to support high street shops but I couldn't get this product anywhere, hence I resorted to online. I've used them for a long time and I've never had any problems

No it is not.. they are not paper, but made of fibre, which does not decompose easily..
