Wall-E (Criterion Collection) [Blu-ray] [2022] [Region A]

I was very much looking forward to adding this release to my collection. However the box this release comes in is made of card (which to be fair, this fits in with the message of the film) and Amazon decided to ship this item internationally in a paper (not card) envelope. As a result, this arrived bent and when I opened it up, the plastic which holds the discs in place was utterly shattered. Needless to say, this was very disappointing for a collector's item which I now need to replace. Amazon did provide a full refund without asking me to return the item however I am reluctant to order another from Amazon due to the length of time it took to arrive combined with the inadequate packaging.Sadly none of this review is really representative of the item itself which I'm sure is fantastic as it is a brilliant film and this edition should be the best way to watch it with all the extras, etc. However be careful when buying from Amazon as this may not be packaged appropriately.
