Koolpak Reusable Hot and Cold Pack 16 x 28cm

I bought two of these and both went into the freezer within seconds of unpackaging. I'm so glad to have these. Right now, I have one against my herniated cervical vertebrae with good effect. I like these because the gel stays very cold and yet will easily mold to the required body region. I predict I will get a lot of use from these exellent things. They're so cheap and that's another good thing. I truly and unreservedly recommend these. Go for it!

As brilliant as ever. So useful.

There is nothing particularly wrong about this product, but Koolpak sells a Hot & Cold Pack for around the same price (£2-£2.50) with a cloth (nylon) exterior, which is much nicer to the touch than this plastic bag. Other than that, they are virtually the same, with a slight difference in the size.- Much better as cold packs than heat pads (they work, but there are others that work much better as heat pads)- Will last around a year when used regularly as heat pads. It will eventually leak, so have to be careful when warming them up after a while, but again... for the price, it's more than reasonable.- Careful when heating them up! More than 2 minutes on the microwave will be too much and will overheat.- Unless for some reason you prefer the plastic touch of this one, buy the other one with nylon exterior!

These are fine and did what was required

Burst/ leaked after partner used X3 as he needed it warm .. would have been really good as decent size and flexible
