Q: I want one pocket to block gps and calls, and the other pocket to block radiation only, but still receive calls. does this bag do that?

I'm afraid not. This bag have two pockets, but only one has blocking functions which blocks RFID Signals in the range of 10 kHz-30 gHz, the other one is just a normal case.

Q: Does it protect against an ez pass being read? i have two (1 for work, 1 for pleasure) and want to make sure both aren't being charged at the toll.

Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry that we don't have the ez pass to test. This RFID Signal Blocking Bag can block RFID Signals in the range of 10 kHz-30 gHz. If the ez pass' frequency is in that range, then this bag can protect it.
