Q: Will these stick to leather?

This anti-slip tape will stick to leather as long as the surface is flat and smooth.

Q: Can these be cut for a precise fit?

Yes, it is very easy to cut. Knife or scissiors are both fine. You can also check our other products to find the tape in a roll in different sizes to fit your need.

Q: I intend to use these for next summer but how will they hold up in winter when stairs get covered in 5" or more of ice?

These anti-slip tape are made of PET base film which can withstand extreme weather. As to anti-slip for surface covered by heavy snow or thick ice, it is better to get something to improve grip of your shoes instead of the floor or stairs' surfaces.

Q: Does this come with a roller and, if not, do I need one to apply these well or will I be able to do it with just my hands?

These do not come with a roller, but if you clean the intended surface beforehand these are easily applied by hand.
