I have wanted to get into "aromatherapy" for quite some time now. I had never really thought is could be affordable though. I have tried these £30 jobbies which basically just burn the flowers. The whole point is no combustion, so they are a waste of time and money. I started to read up on them and saw the Volcano as the one to buy. £400 is rather a lot of money though. Reading other reviews online, the EQ seemed like a good alternative. The best price/delivery was to be found here on Amazon. Be careful who you buy from though, I hear of some having to pay import tax. Mine was dispatched by a UK firm, so no further monies were spent.To get to the product now. Well packaged although not quite as described. mine has a plastic cover, not metal. Not a big issue as it's not about the looks. Seems well made as well as packaged. Nice sturdy unit, not too heavy and not too large, about the size of a blender without the glass top. You get everything you need apart from your favorite flowers. It would have been nice to have got some cleaning brushes and suck but you do get a little pokey stick.Having never done this before, I was a little uncertain what to expect. I can tell you it was like a breath of fresh air. No choking smoke and I feel much healthier using it. The bag method is my preferred thus far as I found the whip a little harsher. Before you buy, I strongly recommend reading as much as possible about the subject to get the best from your unit.I do in fact, love it.

I was really skeptical about spending this amount of money on a vaporizer having very little previous experience using them but i'm really glad that I did!Everything from the tower, to the glassware and even the remote is beautifully crafted and has a premium feel to it.As a man I know it can be hard to read the instructions but for this I do recommend doing this before using as when I opened the box and saw all the pieces it was quite over-facing until I understood what they all were. Attaching the glass mouthpiece to the bag was probably the most complex part but it was still easy enough.Using the device is a joy, you have the Shisha style attachment and the bag, although personally I prefer to use the bag. You have 3 adjustable fan speeds, temperature control down to each degree celsius, timer (in case you often fall asleep with it on) and even sound and illumination control!As this will be more down to personal preference I won't delve too deep but I find the Arizer produces a clean warm Vapor and it very enjoyable to use.

Product is great, but the way it was delivered is concerning. It was not packaged in an amazon box but its retail box with a sticker slapped on. I opened my door to find my posty having a good look and read. Not really acceptable given the product. I would give amazon 1 star for their part in this, but the product is good.

The product is excellent. Its my first desktop vape so nothing to compare it to in that regard except portable vapes and this blows them out the water. I still haven't even used the whip yet, the balloons are brilliant.As others have mentioned, please please don't touch the bowl whilst it's operational or even for an hour after. Wiggle from the very top and use a towel if you need to. This is a game changer :) the product was also packaged discretely with nothing to show what it was. I was regretting buying this as soon as I pressed the button but honestly - so glad I ordered. Seller was also very responsive on a query I had.
