I use it on my forehand. The rubber is tacky. So it gives me more time on the ball. It generates enough spin, is good for defending, but also for attacking. It is good for defensive players like me that stay a bit further from the table. Good value.

This rubber is really slow has nothing to do with the national version the Chinese pro play

Great forehand rubber
Seriously impressed with this product, the rubber is legit. Perfect for looping and generating a lot of power and spin. Very responsive to spin meaning it can be tricky for beginners.
