Are these full size cards? What is the card quality like?

Yes they are the size of playing cards and easy to see and read. They are high quality, again like your standard playing card. My set has been played almost every day for a year and none are frayed.

This game has been something I've loved for years, could anyone recommend other card games perhaps with more depth and difficulty?

We also love "Bedlam". Its by Paul Lamond Games. Not currently available on Amazon but it does show up when you type in the details. what age is this game from?

I guess that depends on whether the young person is used to playing the board game of Monopoly - if they are then probably 8+ but if not then 10+ . Obviously it also depends on whether your child is a regular games player

Is this ok for just two players?

Yes it's fine with two, but is just over quicker. The more people that play the better really.
