Great Quality Item
Very pleased with this item. I bought one to replace the standard Bridge on my Harley Benton HB35+. Was pleased to find it was the exact size to fit straight on to the existing posts, without the need for any fuss. Just needed to set the intonation and re-adjust the bridge height to get to my desired action.Good price for the quality and it looks great. Improved the tuning and tone of the guitar. Was so pleased that I bought a second to fit on to my Harley Benton (budget) SG Style Kit Guitar. Also went on without any fuss and instantaneously improved the tone.Would highly recommend these VANSON Chrome Roller Saddle Bridges. But suggest you do thoroughly check dimensions details before ordering, to ensure you get a perfect fit too!

Nice build quality
Nice build quality, finish and functionality. Would have given it 5 stars but the rollers are able to move slightly sideways. Doesn't seem to affect the performance, but would have liked this to be corrected.

Fitted to 2003 Epiphone SG - only good news so far
This fitted straight onto the existing posts on my minimal pence per smile 2003 Epiphone SG (Worn Cherry), which has Mighty Slinky 8.5 strings fitted and the original nut with some pencil graphite in the slots. I didn't have to modify the factory preset intonation, it was fine out of the box. I put a drop of light sewing machine type oil on each roller axle and each intonation screw hole before fitting, out of preference. Playing it unplugged it sounded to me like the sustain and resonance were ringing out quite noticeably better, and beautifully clearly. I also prefer the feel on the picking hand over the original pointy string guides. I use quite a low action setup and in fact was able to improve/drop that slightly during fitting, so there didn't seem any issue for me with the neck radius, or bottoming out on the body, but be warned, guitar designs can vary in those clearance specs. I didn't measure it but it seemed very very close to the original. I managed to fit and adjust it without removing my strings using a capo/creating slack. There seems a big jump up to the @£65 versions some seek out, but even if this wears, longer term (unlikely without a tremelo?), I could have 4 over time for similar money, or, as I did, order a headstock String Butler as well (not yet fitted) for the price of one top end roller saddle. Initial impressions are all good. Delivery prompt & tracked.

Good Quality Guitar Bridge at a Reasonable Price
If you scout the guitar media you will find lots of bridges for Gibson LP/SG style guitars. Some of them are very expensive, at £100 or more, some are less expensive, and some are very cheap where the materials, etc are not usually that good. Now being somebody not willing to spend even £50 on a roller bridge. particularly on a less expensive guitar I went looking for something good, but not too expensive. I knew that Vanson had a good name for supplying good quality at reasonable prices, but I also researched many others but decided to purchase the Vanson product and have not been disappointed. The reason I wanted to replace the Tun-o-Matic style bridge was for intonation reasons. One of the saddles would not move, and also I needed further movement towards the fretboard. The roller bridge tends to give a bit more movement. However the roller saddles does sit a bit higher when fully lowered than the original bridge's saddles so I would check that this is suitable for your guitar or you are willing to make modifications to accommodate. This is likely to affect those that require a very low action. Personally I have been happy with it and is a vast improvement over the original.

Excellent replacement for original
Excellent guitar bridge. Very well made, solid construction. Adjustment screws on the individual saddles are a good tension, easy to adjust, and stay in place without any movement. Measurements are exactly as stated and fits my Jim Deacon Les Paul copy guitar very well. Removed old saddle, left fittings in place and dropped this saddle onto original posts, very easy. Highly recommended for copy guitars, but check measurements first , will not fit genuine Gibson Les Paul guitars which have smaller posts. Highly recommended and will use this brand in the future.
