So I had a gastric sleeve, and I just don’t have the room for enough fluids during the day anymore. Previous I used to drink 2.5L per day so I really felt dehydrated. I cannot take the massive electrolyte meds I used to, so I needed an alternative. This does the trick. I can feel an instant change in my brain when I take this, I more alert, awake and overall brighter. If I forget to add it in to my squash I notice. Definitely recommend.

I'm constantly thirsty with no rhyme or reason and will happily drink up to five litres of water a day. I've now started using Elete in my first litre of water in the morning and find that it prevents me from feeling thirsty all day. When tasted on it's own, Elete is extremely salty, however when added to water there is no discernible taste, simply a change in the water texture. It feels softer in your mouth. If you're extremely thirsty try taking your water at room temperature (I add a little hot water), and you can drink it down faster and feel the effects sooner. I've only given four stars for Elete as I feel it is very expensive.

Amazing !! Used it for years.

For someone who has suffered from night cramps on and off for about six years it is a great feeling to be able to stretch my body when I wake in the morning without either a leg or toes going into cramp. The feeling is joyful! For fellow cramp sufferers I don’t have to explain the relief. I just squeeze 10 to 15 drops into a 500ml water bottle usually 2 or 3 times a day. I quite like the vague salty taste I was a bit sceptical at first, but from the first night - no cramp! I AM DELIGHTED TO HAVE FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS!

I'm a bit stuck in my ways when it comes to drinks - water, herbal tea, and the odd can of a certain sugar-free energy drink in a blue can. Thought this would be ideal added to my favourite drinks rather than tablets (which I struggle to swallow) or effervescent powders.Tried a small amount in a glass of water at home and the water tasted like a very high-mineral bottled water. Thought I'd add the drops to my energy drink instead. Can taste it in a warm can, but not so much in a cold one.On the plus side, it definitely helped when doing 10-12hr walks in the 30 degree heat we've had! No headaches as I would usually expect from dehydration and loss of electrolytes. I'm sure I'll get used to the taste...

I have recently been told after a blood test that my potassium levels were extremely low. I decided to go on Amazon and check out certain products. I felt sure to order the Elete Electrolyte Concentrate after reading the positive reviews for this product. I have only just received it, but the seller was thorough throughout the ordering process. The goods arrived packaged well. I have been out and bought a 900ml water bottle. I shall be trying my first drink today. It’s easy enough to follow the instructions. 2.5ml of the Elete Concentrate to 1 litre of water. I have a son who is in the US (Atlanta); he is an active sports person. I have sent him the link as well for this product. It is manufactured in the US, so I am sure he will be able to get it out there too.I will after a week of consuming this drink get back and put in another updated review. Hopefully this time next week I’ll have bundles of energy and that my potassium levels improve. I do feel this product is extremely good value for money.

I was pleased to find an electrolyte product without unnecessary additives. To my taste it makes plain water taste very slightly different. The product is not really supposed to taste of anything (though apparently it can make the water "softer) so it's likely I'm using slightly too much, because I am kind of relaxed with measurements and also I tend to make up only 500ml or less at a time. It's not a strong taste though. In juice it's not noticeable. This bottle is going to last me a very long time!Great to be able to control what is in my rehydration drink.
