Q: Are the color leads erasable? Is the color strong and vibrant or cheap and barely visible?

Erasure is OK. Does not really all disappear. As for the color, I rate it probably a 7 out of 10. Not as deep as a good Prismacolor pencil, but certainly not bad either.

Q: Has anybody used the 2.0mm colored in a Pentel Arts 8 color pen? Are these leads suitable for highlighting text?

They work fine in the Pentel Arts 8 pencil other than the fact they are too long so you must break off a small portion to get it to fit.

Q: Do you have lead trays for these? Empty lead trays?

We currently do not sell any empty containers for the lead. I appreciate the suggestion and will consider it for future products.

Q: Will the blue disappear as lettering guide lines on a copier?

I doubt it. it’s not really “photo blue,” which is a much paler blue. This is more like a graphite crayon.
