Great product! As convenient for use as can be. I never thought it would be so simple and quick to use.Just one recommendation: Always calibrate before starting to use it. Happened to me just once that I wore the POD 2 on my shoe, but it thought it was worn on the waist and gave the wrong set of data (which of course was all over). All I needed to get this fixed was manual calibration (using the instructions on the watch, just turning it around vertically and horizontally).Precision became better with time, after 2 weeks of use it became very accurate. Battery life is great, I haven't needed to charge it even once after 2 weeks of ~1 daily hour of running.

I've had my Pace pod for just over a year now and used it for almost every single run. The instant pace data is very useful for training and if you're a treadmill runner serious about tracking your runs then I would consider this an essential buy. Having accurate distance data on a treadmill is invaluable. I find that the accuracy is almost spot on every time and it's incredibly useful for pacing during races. Overall a quality device.Battery life is strong. I run ~40 miles per week and charge it maybe every other week. The dock also holds its own charge and I charge that maybe every month. Really convenient battery life. Connectivity is good most of the time, but if you pause a run for too long it seems to act strange when you unpause and I've never been able to figure out why. I don't pause often so its never been a deal breaker, but if you do take stops then you might have to reset the activity to get the tracking back.

This is very easy to use and keeps a significantly higher accuracy of my step count.

I really like the additional running information that the Pod provides. I have balanced my left/right differences and have a better stride using the information from the POD; I have boosted my pace times and (subjectively) feel less pain/fatigue. I had the original POD (I accidentally washed it), and the POD 2 is smaller, lighter, rechargeable, and has a better case - all great improvements.In short, if you really want metrics to improve your running form, this is an essential piece of gear.

Works as intended. Definitely works instantly for pace changes. And creates better accuracy. Could be a little cheaper but definitely worth it.
