I'm not sure what kind of effect this has had on me, I'm 23, had a blood test that showed dangerously low levels of phosphate, there are very few phosphate supplements available to buy, will keep taking for bone healthedit: These have made me feel very nausesous and have resulted in me having stomach issues, I have had no postive effect from taking them including bone health. I have since tried other products. I think this product falls in the class of homeopathic medicine
