This fit my 2022 X3 perfectly and seems to me good quality. I have a feeling the plastic clips could break at some point and I would replace with cheap metal clips for little cost. Still 5 star worthy to me. Others who said it does not fit may not have the same model/options. Mine has the cargo rails and two flip down hooks (one on each side) that this attaches to. If you don’t have the rails AND hooks this may not work for you.

The wireless car charger fits like a glove and it works the way you describe.

The plastic clips that attach to the BMW anchor points are much cheaper and smaller than the ones in the picture. End result is that they do not properly engage with the anchor point, even when you break off the plastic gate (which happens almost immediately anyway). Anything put into the net that exerts any force pulls the clips out of the bottom locations. I will be able to fix it with a couple of key chain carabiner clips from my local hardware but this was only a 10cent fix to do right.On a positive note the next elastics look robust and well made.

It's just ok. Take care with it because the clips for the hooks are a bit cheap. The next itself is somewhat sturdy.
