Exactly what I have been looking for since I lost one of the pair I got when I had my ears pierced thirty years ago. Took ages to find as most piercers now use expensive fancy earrings. Comfortable to sleep in and to to keep the holes open. Only downside is that the backs are very difficult to attach and remove and pretty painful to do so. I used the backs from an old pair and solved the problem. Will buy another pair to keep as spares as I'd hate to lose them again.

These are genuine caflon ear studs. Easily fitted and look really cute.

Brought for my husband who has recently had his ear pierced.They are nice in appearance and a good weightHe is pleased with them and once he can take out the stud he is currently wearing, he is looking forward to wearing them.I think they are good value for money and am considering getting a silver pair for myself as I can only wear silver.

I have had my ears pierced twice. The first time I was 7 and the second time when I was 21. The second time I kept the studs which came with the piercing for nearly 40 years and never took them out until the gold coating had diminished to the point one of my ears became sore. So purchased a gold pair which promptly came loose and I lost one. So bought these as they have a little lip on the post which keeps the butterfly backing in place. They are great. No soreness, they keep in place after hiking, washing hair or just sleeping. I would highly recommend them. You can fit these manually without the use of a piercing gun although are a bit fiddly. They also look very good.

However, I did encounter a bit of an issue when it came to removing them—they are quite tight, which is great for security but can be a challenge if you frequently change your earrings. It requires a bit of effort and care to remove them without discomfort.

Having not worn earrings for ten years I thought I would treat myself to some nice gold studs.The only problem was I would have to spend half an hour looking for them every morning because they would come out in my sleep.So I thought I would get the same studs as they used to pierce my ears 35 years ago as they are designed to be super secure.I was pleased to not only find them on Amazon but at a great price too.Hey presto, no more searching for lost earrings, and they look just as good as the far more expensive solid gold ones.
