Aerobic Life Mag O7 Oxygen Digestive System Cleanser Capsules, 180 Count

I have been buying Oxypowder for many years - the capsules are very easy to swallow. I’m not sure what happened this time as when I opened the container - there were no capsules- just a jar of powder? I thought I’d made a mistake so I checked my order and it definitely said 180 tablets - I know have to drop the powder off at a post office which is not easy as I’m disabled and self isolating. Not happy

I do my best not to run out of these as they greatly assist my chronic constipation. I find 2 capsules every night keep me regular without any pain or nastiness. I have used a more expensive brand which I really liked but I find these work just as well and are better value for money. Everybody is different so you will have to find the best dose for you and I would recommend you start with one and build up to suit your needs.

I’ve struggled with constipation for many years, and unfortunately have developed a lazy bowel over me trying different laxatives etc in my desperation. I am on the edge of going to the doctors to get a prescription for something, but wanted to give these a last try. So day 1, and I took 3. Didn’t really do much, I was hoping to just be emptied. But seems like it just made my poop, sorry TMI, hard to pass and like glue. I don’t want to give them up yet, so I will try again tonight with 5. I will update then!EDIT: 5 did not work either. Why do people love this so much?

Received yesterday. Took one cap in the afternoon and then two in the evening. Let's just say that there were 'results' the next morning! Don't think I'd ever risk the maximum dose of 5 capsules.Think I'll just take 1 tonight as I just need things helping along rather than a laxative type effect. I have also been taking Mega Mag on occasion, which also is supposed to help with sleep. These capsules obviously have a much stronger laxative event but I'm guessing that I shouldn't take both on the same day. Any other IBS-C sufferers care to comment?

Fantastic product, my son was a withholder and struggled from constipation for years. This product has solved all his problems and we could potty trained within a week of using. It was a life changer for our little boy.

Never noticed any difference but easy to swallow and no side effects, worth a try.

Not sure what to do as powder is lumpy , please advise, not sure if safe to send in post ?
