Feels incredibly light, almost cheap. We installed the two Double A batteries it requires, and it feels a bit more normal. It came with instructions and connected incredibly easy. It works seamlessly so far!

After six plus years and lots of drops, my Samsung remote quit working. I ordered the closest match (three extra stream buttons). It arrived early the next morning and worked perfectly. Package included pairing directions. I wish all replacements were this easy and good.

After purchasing and using this replacement TV remote, I find myself deeply disappointed with its quality and performance. From the moment I first held it, I noticed a significant difference in the material compared to the original remote. The plastic feels distinctly inferior, lacking the durability and pleasant tactile sensation of the manufacturer's version.This difference in material quality quickly translated into noticeable issues during regular use. Within just few days, the remote began exhibiting concerning signs of wear. Most notably, it started producing an unsettling "creaking" sound when held or when buttons are pressed. This noise not only detracts from the user experience but also suggests potential structural weaknesses in the remote's construction.The button performance has also degraded at an alarming rate. Initially, I found myself needing to press buttons slightly harder and for longer durations to achieve the desired response. This was frustrating enough, but the situation has rapidly worsened over time. Now, after only few days of use, the commonly used buttons have deteriorated to a shocking degree. They now operate at what I would estimate to be about 10% of their original responsiveness. To get any reaction from the TV, I have to press these buttons firmly and hold them down for a couple of seconds. This level of degradation is simply unacceptable for a device meant for daily use.Given the rapid decline in functionality, I'm forced to reassess my initial prediction about the remote's lifespan. While I originally thought it might last about a year before needing replacement, I now believe even that estimate was overly optimistic. At this rate of deterioration, the remote may become entirely unusable well before the one-year mark.The poor quality of this replacement remote has significant implications for its value proposition. Any initial cost savings are quickly negated by the need for frequent replacements. Moreover, the frustration of dealing with an increasingly unresponsive remote on a daily basis simply isn't worth any monetary savings.In conclusion, my experience with this replacement remote has been thoroughly disappointing. Its inferior build quality, rapid performance degradation, and short lifespan make it a poor choice for anyone seeking a reliable TV remote. The issues I've encountered are severe enough that I've made the firm decision not to purchase any products from this company in the future. For others in the market for a replacement remote, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere, even if it means paying a premium for a higher-quality product. The extra cost would be well worth it for a remote that actually performs its basic functions consistently and doesn't require replacement few days.

I gave this four stars because it works, but it is not easy to use. I had a remote that I really liked, but when I got my new TV, it came with a remote that was not easy to use (the one pictured on the left.)I was happy to find this one that has a voice control option. However, it is not easier to use. First of all, it is not easy to figure out without looking at instructions. Secondly, my hands do not seem to like the buttons. I hit the wrong one all the time and sometimes I accidentally mute it and can’t figure out how to unmute (Muteis the left bar button.) I don’t like that it does not light up because I need to turn my phone flashlight on when we are watching TV in the dark to be able to use it. On my TV, there are not many places when you actually get to use the voice control, so it has not made it that much easier. So it works okay and is easy to connect, but I don’t think it is easy to use.

Well, I don’t appreciate that. My new Samsung TV did not come with a voice controlled remote when purchased. I do appreciate that there was an easy to purchase option available. This remote works great with my Samsung TV. I enjoy the voice control button. I am blind and this plus the screen reader software available on the TV makes using my TV super accessible.

This works 'OK', not as well as the Samson remote that came with a different TV. Voice control not that great, usually have to try it twice to get it to work. My main complaint is that the battery compartment was almost impossible to open, had to use a jeweler's screwdriver to get the back of the unit off. I was close to sending it back then it popped open.

Popped in a battery 🔋. Started to work automatically. Easy set up. Love it.
