Great for hair, skin and nails!

My 4-star review is simply based on my own preferences. I have used the gummies and the capsules, and prefer the gummies. I take a regimen of two a day and within the last few months switched to the capsules. The capsules have a strong smell and an unpleasant taste. Once I finish this bottle, I will go back to the gummies.With that said, my hair began thinning to the point where it was noticeable by friends and family. At the rate things were going, I was concerned that I could actually end up with bald spots. Within six months of taking these vitamins my hair began to thicken noticeably. (I also began using gentler treatments in washing and caring for my hair.) As a middle-aged woman, the entire routine is important... not just the supplements.However, I KNOW it was the supplements that made the difference because of how rapid I began to see change. Now, it has been a year and I have absolutely no hair thinning... and obvious thickness. I have faithfully taken two capsules a day without fail... and it works. There have also been significant improvements in my nails as well. This is the REAL DEAL....My advice is to be consistent. Do before and after pictures. I wish I would have.... so that you could see how serious my situation was.

Love, love, love these pills! I’ve tried several things before, including special shampoo, stuff in my smoothie and several other brands of hair and nail vitamins but these work the best yet. My hair grows like crazy when I take them… Usually do a few months on them and then a few months off.

These are the reason my hair grows so fast. Combined with an SPF, and good hygiene, your skin will glow. My go-to for over 30 years. 😉
