Brilliant but to be successful read all the infos
The media could not be loaded. I placed mine directly into a bigger tank I had to buy 2 lots though(you can buy the eggs separately).they kept dying in the original tank they give youhence why I used a bigger oneThe bigger your tank the more eggs you needThey look amazingBreeding often and now I have tiny babiesOn the video you will see some green stuff at the bottom it is normal over time it will appear (never remove it ) the water looks greenish due to adding extra water in the tank so it lifted up some of that green algae at the bottom.Highly recommendedYou will need 2 or 3 sachets for bigger tankWhen you pour the water in the tank I recommend to leave it to settle for 24 hrs before adding the eggs otherwise they will die over time most of themDo not over feed them they only need a tiny amount and never feed them dailyIf you over feed them your water will become cloudy . If this happen don't feed them at all until your water becomes clear again .They will carry on eating the spare food in the tank. The water in the tank will start to evaporate over time. Use distilled water to add some more or use kettle water boil it and leave it to cool down . Once the water is cold use the plastic pippet provided to add water slowly . I do not recommend adding water too fast ... sea monkeys are fragile creatures and a sudden change WILL kill them . Add water carefully and most important really slowly , hence why I use the plastic tube provided .I do not recommend to keep them in that tiny tank they sell . Sea monkeys breeds fast and you will have lots of babies in no time so really soon you will need a bigger tank if you use the one provided in the starter kit

Definate adult supervision required if you want them to hatch and grow!
I bought these for my partner (40 going on 12) as a bit of fun for christmas after she mentioned that they looked "really cool" after seeing them online. We've had them going eight days now, and I'll be honest I really didn't think we'd get ANYTHING to hatch, as the whole thing sounds very gimmicky. However 2 feeds later and plenty of air pumping we now have what do actually look like cute little water dragons. Our top tips, for successful dragons are (especially for parents...)1. Ignore the instructions, and throw them in the bin (seriously) 😉2. Use fresh bottled water at room tempriture to start with (NOT tap water)3. Pour the whole sachet of dragon eggs into the tank and pop the lid on. Place the tank for the first two days in the living room, or somewhere its not too hot or cold. Not near a window to start with! (LEAVE THEM ALONE)4. After two days we put our hatchlings in our kitchen window, which is slightly cooler than our living room. You could just see them if you looked really carefully.5. Supervise your kids, if you overfeed or try and rush the hatching process, it will fail like so many other people have said. Have patience.6. IMPORTANT... Five to six pumps of air at a regular times per day to air the water with the pipette provided.7. Hopefully on day 8, like us you'll be able to see little dragons develop, you will see they have now formed dragon like tails!!!Regarding food, we didn't even feed the hatchlings until three days after hatching, and only used a level spoon of the food (with the spoon provided) it totally covered the top of the water. You don't really need to feed them again until all of that has dissappeared after two or so days.Hopefully that little guide will help with parents and kids frustrations at nothing happening 😉All in all value for money, a great novalty present that has everything you need to grow water dragons. The tank doesn't leak, for what you should use, the food should last week's, and by day eight you'll lose count of how many of these fascinating little creatures there are.Would recommend and would definately buy again for someone as a novalty present. Parental supervision definately required and lots of patience.

Fell down, cracked my plastic aquarium before any Aqua Dragons had ever been added... .
I luckily had put no creatures in there, yet... . But when my Aqua Dragons aquarium fell about 60cm onto a stone floor, it broke down. Also, water can easily run out of it with a lid like that. The colour of the aquarium is lovely. I would still recommend getting a small glass tank or a plastic tank designed as a small animal carrier. This aquarium can get knocked over too easy, I am afraid. When I added a thermometer to my original aquarium, it also tore away the layout with the nice Aqua Dragons design that is not printed onto the aquarium itself but more for marketing reasons and part of the packaging. What's more, it does not reveal what is inside the eggs sachet and the nutrition sachet as of detailed nutritional ingredients used. I would like to give 3.5 stars, also because the set is containing everything needed but a decent aquarium... . Rounding up to 4 stars because I love watching sea creatures and the product is better advertised than Sea Monkeys. Before you buy them, these are LIVING animals. If you go on holidays, get a pet sitter. Don't discriminate against those creatures simply because they are made of less cells than a human being, and certainly don't let them drown in a toilet bowl alive. Thank you! These animals are not a toy but make a nice science project that may keep you busy for many, many months, if you keep on feeding them and raise new generations, you can make this a hobby.

Great little gift 😊
The media could not be loaded. Tii was bought for my 8 year old for his birthday. We set it up on Sunday and after patiently waiting by day 3 I could see at least 4 of them! Today I can't count them, there's that many. They're teeny tiny and quite hard to see at first. We waited two days to feed them and now they're all swimming around. My tip would be to be very patient, leave them alone we've kept them somewhere sunny. Looking forward to watching them grow!

Aqua Dragons growth
The media could not be loaded. Here shown is the aqua dragons growth after 2 weeks. I’m happy that they are swimming and are doing well. The instructions to look after them is easy to follow and there is enough food to feed them. This is a low maintenance pet to keep.
