Comfortable, great priced insoles.
Once cut to size these are superb. I wear orthotic insoles made to measure for my feet as I have problems but was getting a little fed up with paying £80 a pair for extra insoles if I had more than the one a year allowed on a prescription. There is nothing worse than swapping insoles from shoe to shoe and then into slippers, each time I changed my shoes. With these insoles and a little ingenuity with cutting small, shaped wedges to fit under them I have the same effect for less than £8. Superb I am really pleased with the outcome and they are even more comfortable than the made-to-measure ones at £80.Further purchases made, so added more to this review:Having plantar fasciitis and one leg slightly longer than the other, due to childhood Polio, I have found these to be extremely comfortable when used in both shoes but with the left show having the original insole removed. This gives me just the right amount of added length to compensate for the difference in length of the leg and treating the plantar fasciitis, making them very comfortable when worn all day. So much easier than trips to the Podiatry and Orthopedic clinics to be measured and fitted with the one pair a year allowed on the NHS and the £80 plus cost if needing extra. I like my shoes and have many styles and colours so need more than one set of insoles per year. I will be buying these again and again as they are the most comfortable I have tried and certainly better than the made to measure NHS insoles without all the visits to clinics.

Comfortable and easy to use
Comfortable and easy to trim to the correct size for my shoe. Also easy to swap between different shoes. I only have this condition in my left foot so just use one. There is no issue with just using one. Would happily buy again.

Really useful for sore flat feet when walking / standing
These are an inexpensive and effective way to help with flat feet / fallen arches / plantar fasciitis problems. They're easy to trim with scissors to exactly fit your shoes, and provide additional support at the heel and inner edge / arch of the foot.I have very flat feet which had become increasingly painful as I neared 50 this year. It was affecting how far I coudl walk and definitely how long I could stand up for.The insoles have definitely helped - I have also adopted several calf muscles stretches, and changed the way I walk to ensure that my heel is the first part of the foot to hit the ground. It's worth bearing in mind that the insoles feel pretty strange at first - they don't add 'comfort' as such. Knees, hips and back can feel quite odd because your whole posture and style of walking may well change with the different (better!) foot positioning. To get maximum effect, you seem to need them in every set of shoes - which can get pricey. For best effect, you need to use them even in slippers around the house - it helps *not* to walk barefoot. I found some half-length ones to go in my fleecy slippers...I have tried several different types, and there seems to be little benefit in getting the posher, more expensive gel ones.I also understand that they will need to be changed fairly frequently, depending on how much walking you do. Once they become crushed and flattened then they're not doing their job so effectively. They take about 5 mins to fit: remove your old inner sole from the shoe and use is as a guide to cut the orthotic support to the right size / shape. If your shoes are *very* snug then you may struggle to add insoles to them. In future, I'll make sure I buy shoes which are slightly larger by a half UK size so that there's ample room for the insole without squashing my foot at all. They have hugely improved my walking and standing comfort, and I'm now back to doing a couple or three miles without any bother.8/10

A Game-Changer - I Now Use These in Every Pair of Shoes!
I’ve now bought these insoles 10 times, and that alone should tell you how impressed I am. I suffer from foot pain and issues related to fallen arches and mild plantar fasciitis. These insoles have been a total game-changer - so much so that I’ve started putting a pair in every new pair of shoes I own. They provide excellent arch support, help keep my feet aligned, and noticeably reduce fatigue in my knees and lower back, especially when I'm on my feet all day. The cushioning is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into all types of shoes - from trainers to work shoes. For the price, the quality is outstanding. If you struggle with foot pain, over-pronation, or just want a bit more comfort in your step, I can’t recommend these enough. I genuinely don’t buy shoes without ordering another pair of these to go with them!

Worked but didn't last
Tried these instead of my regular brand to alleviate plantar fasciitis symptoms from my work boots (PPE) in which I walk 7 or 8 miles a day. They are cheaper, being made from basic moulded foam from what I can see and admittedly worked well for me, and easy to fit. They only lasted about 6 weeks before the cushioned areas were completely flat and ineffective. I've replaced them with my regular brand which are more expensive, but much longer lasting.
