Pros: good to start slow with half scoop 30 minutes post meal, fiber is super essential for the body and half a scoop gives enough fiber content Cons: none really so far

Would inform regarding product post usage but while opening the seal found film and highly resistant in opening and now I'm worried that if will keep open satchet in this container plastic can go inside the product during usage and later on in my gut. So it will harm ke more than helping me out.
