I fully recommend this machine if you're conscious about what you're breathing or need it for work. Not only does it count particles, it measures formaldehyde, Co2 and VOC. It comes with metal stand, I keep it on my nightstand and have it there plugged into the charger. It comes with a dust cap for the particle apparatus. It comes with a heavy duty case. It is incredibly accurate as far as the particle count, the only thing I wish it had was constant real-time particle count.. this one you press a button and it takes a few seconds to test the air, then turns off. Which is fine. The three other settings; CO2, VOC, HCHO (formaldehyde) you get real-time constant readings which I like. There's also alarm settings so an alarm goes off after it hits a certain ppm which is useful. I also wish that there was a way to see ALL measurements at once which would be cool. You can also record your findings. Overall I think this was a great purchase if you want pinpoint accuracy right out of the box.
