Really nice taste when made in a 'smoothie'
I bought this on recommendation from a friend, as I have trouble sleeping - keep waking sporadically throughout the night, and wondered if it was because I was still feeling hungry. Now I have one of these with a banana and some soya milk, and although it hasn't meant I sleep through each night, I am feeling fuller and it is a lovely drink to take. Sometimes I just have one for breakfast. It is nutritious as well as delicious.

Not the cheapest, not the best tasting but definitely the one which has results. First thing you’ll notice is the change in your skin, it will glow.

I have only just used it so cant comment on how effective it is, But regarding the taste, I made some up with a mug of water and the taste was pleasant enough, It is more for the health benefits but no one likes to drink something that does not taste very nice. While it was quite plain tasting it was easy to drink. It wold probably be delicious with milk. It was also very easy to shake up.I wont give it 5 stars as it is very expensive, to the point I may not use this brand all the time.

Contains sugar
Really surprised to find this product contains sugar. Alright only 1g per portion but why bother as it also contains stevia? Too sweet for my taste buds. I'd rather it was unsweetened and add some fruit if I wanted a little sweetness.

I bought this for various health and fitness reasons as lifting weights is now vital fur my health.it is tasty filing and helps with my levels of protein consumption especially as I can't eat red meat. Excellent product !!

This is my first try at a protein shake. I read reviews and chose this one and am delighted with it. I have mixed it with almond milk and it tastes really good. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it mixed and how palatable it was.I am a vegetarian and on tracking my nutritional input on my fitness pal had been shocked at how little protein I was eating compared with the target it gave me so am hoping this drink will may the difference.
