Found it didn't give enough level of detail as I'd hoped for

I am studying naturopathic nutrition, this is one of the recommended books. It's organised really clearly and is not at all complicated to use. It has extensive information and is very useful for assignments and for practice clinics.

Must have for any practitioner or health conscious person! Its far too easy 'now adays' to over self medicate. This will certainly help prevent this practice.
