Just give them this book, try not to smirk & walk away. Fantastic bit of research on legitimate research & it’s results in a practical every day reasoning. I did know most of this. But I’m a bit of a swat...

You might not know you need this book, but you really do! Easily the best 20$ I have ever spent.
When I first discovered dr. Mike on YouTube I had thought of fasting and even organic foods as being in the extremes of health and frankedly quite unnecessary. I bought the book anyways and it opened an entire new world for me in ways you cannot imagine. I am still amazed thinking about the value intermittent fasting has to your overall health. Now it seems completely insane not to do it.Bodybuilders: Intermittent fasting can spike your growth hormone like anabolic steroids could never do. And it's completely safe!Overweight: dieting and calorie restriction will never do you any good. Intermittent fasting will have you losing weight even if you don't change your diet, though I highly recommend it.The rest: Do yourself a favor. Get this book it. It will better your sleep, energy levels and even your mood. The benefits are endless.There are so many misconceptions and so much miseducation out there that is vital to being healthy, and they are all covered in this book and all scientifically proven.

Life changing
Have to say Dr Michael vanDerschelden knows his stuff. In a personal trainer and sports scientist and thought I knew a good bit but this guy puts me to Shame. I've just had the book a few days and it's really opened my eyes on nutrition and dieting on a whole. So happy I came across him on YouTube because he's given me a new belief and power in what in doing in my job and can't wait to get started on this in my life and seeing how my clients get on with it. A fantastic read well worth the money. Paul Maguire.

A well written book
A detailed book for those looking for a little more in depth knowledge about this subject. Haven't finished it yet, but very pleased so far.

The best book I have read on this subject. Very useful information that explains the benefits of intermittent fasting really well. Highly recommended.

Intermittent Fasting
Some good ideas presented by the author, all though a lot of repetition is in the book. The method is fairly simple but the book is lacking detail in what to eat, it needs an expanded menu section.At the end it seems a mix of fasting and a ketonic diet.

A fantastic book on why we need to fast and then how to do it.
I've read many books on fasting and the keto diet. This is one of the best...Dr. Michael has a way of making things very easy to follow and straight forward while at the same time providing a great education on the reasons we need to fast. Love this book and am following it now with success. Highly recommend.
