TrackR Bravo - Bluetooth GPS, Gold

First one stopped working only after a few weeks, changing the battery didn't help. I contacted the company direct and they eventually replaced the device, to-date this one is working well.Word of advice, I attached mine to my car keys these devices are painted after a very short time the paint comes off making them look very scruffy

We bought it to attach to dogs collar and it seems to be OK but range of 100ft seems to be quite low.

Came with low battery power (no plastic insulating tag to stop the battery draining before use). Free battery offer involves postage to UK that makes them more expensive than locally available batteries.Short battery life not highlighted.

good but not very loud if their is backround noise

I purchased two of these two months ago. Even keeping both the tracker and the phone on me, it kept ringing the separation alarm. At some point I gave up and decided to switch off the separation alarm, what defeats half of the purpose of the product! But the application is so poorly written that it kept periodically losing the configuration and reenabling the alarms on its own, what is extremely frustrating because they kept going off at completely random times. One more thing about the app - for some reason the map takes less than an inch of the screen, making it completely useless. I suspect this may not happen in other phone models (I have a Huawei P9) but it is yet one more frustration with this horrible app.Now to the worst part. The first of the two trackers that I purchased stopped working in about 1 month. No abuse as far as I am aware; I just kept it in my key ring, which is always in my pocket. At that point I replaced it with the other tracker, which I hadn't been using so far. And now the other tracker also stopped working, two months after the purchase!This might have been a good idea, but execution was extremely poor.

I am soooooo impressed with this company and with this product. Pairs seamlessly, works with Alexa and is discreet. Plus, trackr give free battery replacement. With regards to the comments saying that the alarm is too quiet, you obviously don't get the idea of this function!!!! If you lose your wallet and set off your trackr alarm, if it was loud anyone could pick it up!!!! The idea is to use the map until you are close to the trackr and THEN use the Audible alarm!Seriously, it's great!!! Had mine a year now and battery lasts around six months and the company even send free replacement batteries when you're runs out!Absolutely brilliant! Well worth every penny!!!

Waste of money

Complete wast of monies .....the divice can only be tracked when you walk within the Bluetooth range of your lost property ...they claim they have Thousant people on there account so you have to hope someone with this app walk past your property so you can get the signal or the location ....complete wast of monies cone ....I ordered 10 and when I when gi collect had to pay £26 for the delivery a joke please don't wast monies download the trackerR app and see for yourself there frequently asked questions and then you make up your mind if you want to wast monies .....If you have lost an item with the TrackR device attached, the best thing to do would be to walk around the place you last remember having your item with the TrackR app open.Once you come within Bluetooth range of the device, you will be able to make the TrackR device attached to your item ring. If you are unable to connect to the TrackR device your item may not be in the area you are looking.If this is the case you can use our Crowd Locate network to get a location update for your item whenever another TrackR app user comes within Bluetooth range of your device.
