Disappointed in this tv
Disappointed in this tv, the picture is good but the smart features are terrible, the Freeview epg is the worst thing about this tv and it will probably be the most used, it takes more than six seconds to load while confronted with a blank screen and is a nightmare to navigate round, I don’t know if all Freeviewplay TVs are like this but if you are used to pressing the guide button and getting an instant epg then forget this tv.The main thing for me is easy usability and for me this tv is unusable.

Screen damaged with gentle tap
I bought this TV from another shop(Argos) in March 2018 and after a year the screen got damaged with a gentle tap. I called LG and they said it will cost £359 to repair the damage which more that cost of the new TV. Then I called Argos and they said they can't repair either for this kind of damage. I would not recommend to buy LG TV.
