Very prompt delivery service. The free link removal tool was very easy to use and I was able to remove a couple of links without difficulty.I did find that the clasp kept coming undone so I reported the fault and the whole bracelet was replaced within 24 hrs. The new clasp appears much tighter, so I assume that I was just unlucky with the first one. The bracelet looks smart and is good value for the money. As yet I'm not convinced that it is helping the arthritis in my fingers but then it is early days.

This bracelet which was due on 3rd Sept finally arrived on 8th Sept via a neighbour. Parcel was correctly and clearly labelled by Amazon but it was delivered to a completely different address in Orpington, luckily the person concerned bothered to come to my road and as I was out delivered it to a neighbour on 7th Sept, I finally got it on the 8th!! My husband is now wearing the bracelet it remains to be seen if it works, hope so.

Great stainless steel magnetic bracelet which is well made. It was delivered fast and is of good quality with excellent packaging. I would recommend both this product and this company.

Disappointed in this item. The links and the clasp do not sit or lie on the wrist very well, by this I mean they stick up. This is due to the design and the way the pins are located. On the positive side there are quite a lot of magnets. In contrast I had bought another bracelet for under £3 . Didn't expect much. However the links and clasp lie nicely on the wrist, again it would say this is by design, the actual links are of better quality as welI. I had to use the cheap bracelet pin remover as the one that came with the JM bracelet didn't work.

My husband loved it and it looks great but the clasp keeps coming undone. He had to squeeze the clasp so it is now permanently closed.

The bracelet is surprisingly light but very comfortable to wear, I purchased it because I have arthritis in my hands, wearing the magnetic bracelet has helped. It is very stylish and doesn't look out of place for everyday wear. The free link removal kit was a big help as I needed to take two links out.Although my opinion of this bracelet is very high unfortunately the clasp keeps coming undone, it came off outside and I was very lucky to find it, now I am reluctant to wear it when I leave the house. My son also purchased an identical bracelet and he had the same experience.

I purchased this bracelet after reading articles on-line about the pain relieving benifits of magnets. I didnt want to spend to much as I was scepticle. The bracelet arrived within 3-days of order nicely packaged, including the link removal tool. The bracelet was the correct size for my wrist, the clasp was secure, the weight was fine, not at all flimsy. I have worn it now for about 1-month and everything about it is fine. Probably a little early to say but the arthritis pain in my right shoulder and back does seem to be easier, perhaps in my mind but non the less easier.
