Q: so can this be used to smoke as an aid to give up smoking

If you mix it with marshmallow tea and pick out the stalks and then chop, it is a better substitute than anything else I’ve tried. Takes a bit of trial and error to get the mix right but works for me

Q: Dose it come in Descreet packaging?

From what I remember it depends how much you order. A large order comes in a box and inside there is a clear bag for the leaves. The bag then has a fairly small label on it so it would be fairly easy to disguise the contents. If you have just one or two bags I think it came in grey plastic wrap with the same clear bags inside. I can't remember if the outside of the box shows that it comes from the spiceworks.

Q: Could I mix and smoke with weed?

Yes and works fine, but smells and tastes very different to tobacco so takes some getting used to.
