Q: Can others still hear the tv or does it mute the tv speakers?

Sure, if you connect your TV by bluetooth, then the others will not hear the TV. And the sound isolation effect of the earphones is very good.

Q: I got this over-ear headphones about 3 months, now it can't be charged and turned on, what's happened?

I had the same problem after it needed to be charged the first time...luckily i was in the window of returning them

Sure, it suitable for iPhone and iPad.

Q: Could not pair with home theater to watch television？

Your home theater would need to have a bluetooth transmitter built in to transmit to the headphones. (Some new ones receive blutooth from like a phone. Only a few new ones transmit bluetooth.) But you can add a blutooth transmitter to a 3.5mm audio out jack or RCA out jacks if you have one of them on your home theter. I use an Avantree Oasis plus on my older stereo system in one room, and I use a much cheaper Taotronics one on a bedroom stereo radio. The advantage of the Oasis plus is there is a low latency output that when paired with the E600 results in almost no latency ... the voice is in sync with the picture. For music alone it doesn't matter. But for voice with video, the voice will be out of sync with the picture unless you have a transmitter that transmits AptX low latency.
