Good quality
These work well and lasted me 2 years. Bought a cheaper one that lasted one month. Bought this again as its the best.

It does the job , sound quality is not bad, yet it's not brilliant.

Pretty good!
It works with my Pixel 7! (Previously tried 3 different cheaper ones which didn't work at all).•Love being able to charge phone while listening to music etc.•It works great with headphones and audio cables with a regular stereo jack.•Not so great with my earphones with the built in microphone and different jack plug (see photo).Have to spend a moment slowly pushing jack in to find the spot where both channels come through. While out walking, it kept triggering the Gemini IA. (That doesn't seem to happen though with good old 'Hey Google').

Utterly useless.
The connection drops out every 30 seconds or so, pausing my music or playing it out loud. When it is working there's lots of buzzes and noise and you can't even charge your phone and use the headphones at the same time (which would be the point of the adapter). I will promptly be returning this and finding something that actually works

AMAZING!
This little gadget is one of the best things I have ever bought, it’s blown my socks off! The DAC is so good I now have the volume 1/3 of what it was and extraordinary audio quality, it is so good to have a decent pair of wired, over the ear headphones again. I think it was criminal to take the headphone jack out of gadgets, I’ve rediscovered the joy of watching films again on my iPad Pro. It’s also light so you are not aware of it. Cannot recommend highly enough, buy it - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer care
Edited as have to say that I had a problem with my original as we think it was defective as it wasBroken / not working and was less than 3 months old and had not really used that much.I messaged the company and they went through a few problem solving steps first but when clear that was not resolving the issue they arranged to send a replacement.I am a happy customer as it was clear they were not wanting disappointed customers and they were keen to resolve the problem quickly and effectively - the best customer care I have had for a while - thank-you !
