Easy to swallow not the greatest taste
Not great at taking pills but there were quite small so great.

Vitamin B and vegan.
Small sized vitamin B complex tablets , easy to swallow and a good supply of 6 months worth of tablets for a reasonable price. I am vegan so obtaining some vitamin B can be an issue , these however are vegan friendly and of U.K. origin. One point with vitamin B complex , do not take more than the recommended dose . The only negative is the container , it could be at least a 3rd smaller, we should be reducing plastic use. Worth the money for 6 months supply.

Small tablets that are easy to swallow!
I have Anaemia and permanently tired and as I believe B vitamins will help I’ve chosen these Vitamin B Complex tablets from UK company MAX VITA. These are small yellow-coloured tablets that are easy to swallow with a drink and one should be taken each day with a meal. They contain vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin (B7) and Folic Acid (B9) that have a direct impact on energy levels reducing tiredness and fatigue, and also support the nervous system and brain function. There are 180 tablets in the sealed bottle that should last for six months and they have a best before date of 10/2024. I haven’t been taking them long enough to report on whether they’re helping me but they’re such a reasonable price I’ll be buying more very soon.

Vitamin B Complex - Good value
Tablets are very easy to take as the are small and round. They have a good range of B Vits in each tablet. They have no genetically modified stuff in them and they are vegan. They do boost the energy levels when taken regularly and the are super easy to pack for travelling especially if adding to the travel type pill box. Hopefully the biotin will help the hair loss too. They can turn your urine a deeper yellow colour but that is normal when taking B vitamins. So overall these are a super value easy to take tablet.
