Easy to use (youtube if you can't figure it out)robust and effective. I can only say to the negative reviews that you must have got a faulty one as mine is perfectly o.k. Glad I bought it.

only started using it as used them before and they can work if done properly, very easy to put together was no instructions but honestly you won’t need them came day early nice but lucky i was home as not a safe area to leave parcel with neighbours or outside even if you put don’t leave anywhere they still in past found they leave items on pavement but nothing to do with seller just my gripe about delivery service at times, but great service and super fast delivery and feel happy with product quality

Having just taken up Martial arts at 46 and being a weekend runner, my legs were tight and had limited flexibility. Once unpacked it was very easy to adjust the three bars to begin testing just how restricted I had become. I reckon 70 degrees was my limit , I use these every other day and after three weeks am already at well over 100 degrees. If you adjust the bars correctly and are on a smooth surface you should not be bothered by them rising up. Mine also came supplied with a fabric cord for extra stretching exercises. Will I be able to the splits? Who knows? These are well made, padded in the right places and easy to fold behind the couch for instant retrieval when the urge arises. The cheap price swayed me, the results keep me using them.

Really good product

The product is a great concept and really aided trenching exercises, perhaps three times, but as other people have said, it is really poorly made. The pin that locks the tubes in place broke almost straight away. And it is really rickety and the ends/ caps to the tubes fell off within a few days. It's a cheap item but is nearly completely useless.

The item has broken in just 4 days. The steel adjuster button popped off meaning the product can not be used.

Does the work. A but flimsy, I am not sure how long will it last, but it should be fine for the money paid.

I love this easy to use equipment. It was less than 5 minutes to put together. Sturdy and easy to store when folded under the sofa etc. I use it to get an extra stretch especially when you don't have wall space to stretch for splits so it's great.
