Very happy with the cat flap which I bought with the adaptor so it could be installed in my double-glazed kitchen door. Installation guide was easy to follow and the different settings are useful and again easy to set-up. Took my cat a few entries and exits to get used to it. Cat loves the clear plastic so she can look through and monitor her territory. Easy to set up to connect with her chip. Highly ecommended.

Fairly easy to install on a UPVC door panel. My cat can’t get to grips with the fact that it takes a second to unlock with his microchip and will only use it if we tape down the lock

Quite easy to fit (into a window in my case). Make sure you read the instructions carefully, as you don't need all the bits for this type of install. I was a bit sceptical, but it does work with my nervous cat. However, she does tend to just sit close and stare at the door whilst hoping a human will take pity and open the real door, and I think this tends to activate the lock, so it has timed out by the time she is ready to come in. However I think her movement does reactivate it as she makes it in the end if her patience gives in before we do!

Good cat flap. Surprisingly our cat learned to use it quickly although he felt quite disgusted by it on the first day. The flap blends well with our black door. Unfortunately, it is a bit draughty, so not full 5 stars. Otherwise it is perfect

Instructions not very clear but when sorted out installs ok. Only able to use the basic cat door mechanism as my kittens are unsure about the click when the chip opening activation takes place. Hopefully I will be able to use the full functionality when the kittens are less nervous . On the whole nice cat door.

Reasonably priced. Decent quality. Sadly won’t fit here.

Missing two side screws installation instructions hard to follow

Works fine for a year and then does not read tags anymore. So no great value for money...

La mia gatta ci ha messo un po' prima di capire ma ora entra ed esce quando vuole. Se dovete montarla su una finestra con camera d'aria dovete comprare un altro pezzo. Se scrivete al venditore, risponderà rapidamente.
