Expected this to have a short use by date for the price I paid, but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my purchase. Been using it for a long time to help keep my cholesterol at an acceptable level for my GP without having to revert to statins. High Street health store prices are ridiculously high and keep rising. Highly recommended from this seller at offer price.

Great product
My doctor wanted to put me on tablets for my cholesteral level but after taking this for a few weeks it is lower than average. I only take one spoonful a day and it still works. Well worth the money. Been using it for about 3 years now and my C level is still below average.

Good but has a funny taste
It’s good helped my digestion but it tastes very funny.I use is every morning with my porridge and sweetener but I still can feel the taste
