Great book binding glue
Great reliable glue for book binding but a tad expensive.

Perfect purchase
Rebinding and making new hardcovers for old paperbacks i used this. You can use PVA or woodglue for the same purpose and thats probably cheaper, but this specific bookbinding glue did exactly what it was designed to do. I did the spine, the signature pages, the hessian bookcovers, the endpapers, the lot with this and didn't need any other adhesive. It did everything admirably. It dries quick and tacky which is precisely perfect for working with bookbinding. Saves a lot of time drying so you can move on to the next step without any long waiting times. Allows for repositioning OK if you are quick. Just perfect for every step of the process and even drying, no drips. Lovely.

Great - but messy!
I've bought this glue for crafting for several years now. I put some onto a piece of foil to use because the tub seems to go off more quickly if I use a spatula with drying glue on it. This makes it a messy process. I've since found a bottle of the same stuff and it's just as good but easier to use.

Excellent glue
Excellent glue. Less water content, so adheres quickly on a variety of surfaces, not just card and paper.

Excellent glue for painting canvas repair
I needed to patch an old stretched canvas I was in the middle of re-painting. It was an unfinished acrylic painting that I no longer had inspiration to complete and I wanted to reuse the canvas for an oil painting. I had unfortunately put a 1cm hole in the canvas while removing an area of relief of old, solid, dried acrylic paint. In the past I’d used other methods to repair a hole in a canvas, but I received the idea to use a glue of this type to apply a patch from the rear. I was not sure how well it would work. I was very pleased and impressed with how well it worked: the patch at the rear has adhered very well.

Does the job, albeit pricy.
Did the job ( before I realised that pritt sticks are neater, and cheaper!).

Quality, ease of use, perfect outcome
Fantastic!! Buy with confidence, this glue is great quality and does a perfect job. Use sparingly, apply with spatula/old credit card/straight edge of anything plastic and then apply to whatever surface you’re sticking. This is ideal for crafting projects and can be used on a variety of surfaces including wood/paper/construction board/fabrics. If applying fabric to solid/sturdy surface put glue on surface then lay on fabric with flattening movements from centre to outward edges (no wrinkles/bubbles). The glue dries clear so will not spoil finished appearance and any excess is easily removed when dry. Glue does not irritate skin so no protection is required but as always use with caution (we’re all different).
