Delivered is what was ordered. But what did I order? Generally: The problem is, you need to know what it is before you order, but you cant know if that "stuff" works for you before you try, and then its too late. So better order that only when someone tells you their experience with the "stuff". Then hope it works for you the same it worked for this someone. If you order on your own intention: Wrong "stuff" wrong applied can hurt you. And that is an experience I can tell about, have seen it. We had one successfull application with products from this brand, so we hope it will work with this product too.

Nice Smell. Used as deep conditioner this time but will use as next stage after washing out relaxer (used Mizani perphecting cream before). Arrived promptly. Very pleased.

Beware before you buy
Item appears to be counterfeit. It was horribly sealed and the packaging was a totally different colour from the original.

Not genuine
This is ment to be 950ml but is only 913ml including the packaging. I am extremely disappointed as I need this product today and can't afford to send it back. So disappointing

Ayant les cheveux defriser ben déjà rien que l'odeur franchement j'adore et je l'ai utiliser en masque et je peux juste dire que c'est vraiment un 5 en 1. J'ai les cheveux reparer nourri démêle lisse vraiment très doux top top
