Q: Can this ink be used with an @rtis stamp which is meant to cover the confidential data e.g. a bank statement?

This ink is like a paint, and is weather proof, so needs cleaning each time with a solvent.. Just jet the replacement ink pad that fits your stamp. Best to get a shreader.

I don't think so as this is a ink bottle for an ink pad

Q: Can this be used with a Trodat stamp for stamping on plastic/metal?

I don't know what a Trodat stamp is but Stazon is meant for use on porous and non porous surfaces including plastic, metal, glass etc.

The refill is for Staz on inkpads. You could try it on a dry inkpad for a self inker and it might work, however there are alcohol based inks designed for use with self inkers.
