Turned out this item exceeded our expectations. It shipped very fast considering the photos had to be transferred (possibly laser engraved) onto the cups. Nonetheless, the cups themselves are perfect as travel mugs for hot or cold beverages and I have noticed, they maintain cold items for a very long time.I don’t particularly like the straw without a cap to cover its opening, forcing you to leave it exposed for insect to invade. Remember, it’s a tumbler/travel mug and being exposed to the elements can and will attract insects!Also, concerning the picture, ensure you choose a quality picture, it comes out exactly like your submission, could be great or bad, depending!

Printing looks really nice. The gray color has a violet hue to it and would have rather had a true gray. Make sure the air hole is open on the lid when you have something hot in it so it seals tight.
