Used for chip carving
I am trying to learn chip carving and after some experimenting tried to carve a trinket box. These boxes are very nice,well made, especially given the price. The only negative I found was the thickness of the lid. It is some what thinner then the sides and I had to adjust my carving angle to accommodate for this. Otherwise, the cuts would protrude completely through the lid. These small boxes could be used for many craft hobbies.
