Plant arrived as a dormant bare root. Within a few weeks of planting leaves emerged on two of the three plants. For the price, I call that a win. If you want an actual tree ready to plant, go to your local nursery and be ready to spend several hundred dollars per tree. This is a great option if you are willing to invest some time and accept some loss of the seedlings to have a nice tree in the future.

I ordered three walnut trees, only two arrived in package. When I went to plant them I realized I ordered three and I immediately sent the seller a message and they promptly sent me my third. Very happy with seller. The first two I received, only one of the two is showing signs of growth after only two weeks. I think the one is a dead root, but I will wait another week to make sure. The third one I just planted and already is showing signs of growth. So far happy with purpose, just hope my one starts to grow

I first ordered this tree and the package arrived badly damaged with an equally damaged tree that would not grow. This was delivery damage, not the fault of the seller. The replacement was shipped out before my return was received and it arrived undamaged. That little tree started growing and producing new leaves immediately and I'm already looking forward to eating fresh walnuts. Very pleased with the product and the sellers response to my troubles.

The trees all came packaged well. Sadly, two of the three died fairly quickly, the other Died through the winter. I'm guessing that is my fault as planted it late in the season.
