Great product, works well

Like most people, we only use nutcrackers at Christmas. Although these feel a little bit cheap, they're sturdy enough, and seem to work.

Doesn't do what it says in the name. After eagerly buying a net of nuts I discovered that the shape of the nutcracker hole is too big for most nuts. Even with a peculiar balancing act in the pinch point, it didn't come close for hazelnuts. Also has a habit of pinching your hand between the handles in the event you actually have a large enough nut to crack. So, with a blood blister on my palm and no nuts in my gut I am resigned to staring at the bowl or nipping to the shed for a hammer instead.

Was expecting a 'second rate' product for the price I paid but it was excellent. It was part of a Christmas present for my partner and he was absolutely thrilled with it.

Worked well for the first 3 nuts then started to bend. I know it's only cheap but to only be able to use it for a few and then no more is extremely bad quality. So just be ready to buy a good pair shortly after.

Used over Christmas and stayed strong. Night quality, sturdy
