I think that ready made sheets wouldn’t be pliable enough to sink into the moulds

Hi, the back side is the same material as the top side of the tray showing in the picture.

Q: How deep are the compartments please?

The actual indentation is about half an inch or just under 1.5cm. Hope this helps.
