Having used this for a couple of weeks now, I’m glad I overcame my initial reservations about the price; it provides a really rock solid support for the iPad Pro whichever of the 3 different heights you use - 4 actually, since using it without any of the support legs offers a nice shallow angle. The surface is covered in a rubber like material, ensuring there’s no slippage, and the small lip on the front edge is low enough not to get it the way - a concern with most of the laptop stands I briefly considered. It’s also sufficiently large that it can easily support the 12.9 inch IPad Pro used vertically without the danger of tipping if you’re working at the top of the screen.The included wrist rest strikes a good balance between comfort and firmness - it’s much firmer than the gel wrist supports that come with some mouse pads. The included stand for the Apple Pencil is similarly well designed with a non slip base and enough weight to stop the pencil tipping if it’s knocked.Overall it’s a well thought out, designed package that’s heavy enough to provide solid support, but still light enough to be carried around in a shoulder bag and used anywhere.

Great product. I used Smart Cover earlier, but DraftTable is another league. Works as expected - it is extremely sturdy and well balanced. The hand cussion is made of very nice, skin-like material and the pencil holder had a glue foot to stick to the desk. Not a change to tip over the pencil like in Wacom pen holders. A must have for iPad Pro users, I doubt you can get anything better than this.

I use my ipad for work as a designer and illustrator and as a drafting table this is perfect. Rock solid and quality construction throughout. If you were just going to get it as a stand it might be a bit OTT. If however you need a solid stand with no give or flex for drawing onto don't look any further. Highly recommend!

I bought the Pro Kit Elevation Lab Draft Table. The first one I ordered arrived with a broken hinge so got a full refund and ordered a replacement (which was perfectly intact). I can see why the hinge snap might have occurred – the plastic used by the product is very hard but at the same time, arguably a bit brittle. It reminds me of bakelite. That hinge could be a weak spot if the user was a bit rough with it.The replacement I am using is absolutely perfect for what I need. When I’m drawing on the iPad Pro 12.9 (2018 model), I set it at its lowest hinge setting and use the wrist rest. The Pencil stand is redundant since it snaps magnetically to my Ipad so that’s a bit of a waste. The highest setting is handy for when I’m watching Netflix. Despite my reservations about the plastic used by the table, the whole thing does seem very robust and sturdy. Neither the ipad nor the table will slip around on the main desk when writing and drawing. The rubbery gripping contact surface makes sure of that.All in all a very handy product. Yes it’s a bit pricey but I think you get what you pay for, just take care opening and closing that pull out stand as I suspect this to be a weak spot.

This product is very, very good. High quality materials, design and build. Pricey though, but worth it.

Great Product. Very sturdy with no bounce at all. Although there are only stand heights these will cater for most needs. The Apple Pencil holder and rest really do help turn the iPad into a Cintiq replacement. Highly recommended!

Well-thought out product, the front wrist cushioning is great too. All-in-all, good quality and very sturdy.
