Bought for my brother in law that does alot of walking in London he found very interesting

I bought this to give to someone as a birthday gift. She absolutely loved it and on first flicking through it, she immediately said it had some great information in it and she was excited about using it. I've already invited myself along for a walk using the book.

Wonderful book full of snippets of information you can dip in and out of .

We don't live in London, but we've following Jack for some time, and subscribed to his newsletter. My wife and I visit London a few times a year and wanted to be able to walk around and find more history out about our nations capital. This book is well written, and has some lovely illustrations through-out the pages. When we starting thumbing through it the day it arrived, we didn't put it down for over an hour. Great insight into London, places worth seeing, and some great history being covered. Ideal companion on a London day out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this book.

I first stumbled on the author because of his short videos, and was very pleased to find he'd authored a book! My partner and I have lived in London for years, but had no idea about the rich history present today in the smallest of unassuming symbols on walls or lamp posts. I LOVE that he's broken it down into walks as well, makes for a nice afternoon out!
