Works as expected. This helped my fussy toddler get through RSV. My kid has sensory issues and doesn't like to sit in a steamed up bathroom for symptom relief. They tolerated this very well. It has an expected, mild salt taste to it - seeing as it is medical grade salt water - when it condenses, but there is no harsh chemical taste or anything of that nature. I use it in a handheld mesh nebulizer, and I have no complaints. It does leave a mild residue on the nebulizer screen, but it comes off very easily with 75% isopropyl alcohol once the nebulizer's self clean mode stops being effective. I assume this is normal after the salt from the saline solution re-crystalizes.

This saline solution is so very helpful in moisturizing the nasal passages and helping to loosen the excess mucus at the same time. It helped tremendously while I was sick with the flu and now that I’m well, it still helps to use this in the portable nebulizer several times a week. I’m very satisfied with this product!
