Excellent value for price

I have purchased three of these identical computers. The first works perfectly. The second had a problem with the fan running continuously. Within a week of purchasing this one, I tried to exchange it but got a message that it couldn't be exchanged, but could be returned. No problem, I thought. I'll return it and purchase another. When I went to do so the item was now $50 more. I still bought it. The third PC now has a fan that will run continuously, but so far, the problem is solved by unplugging the computer and plugging it back in. This is a pain, especially since this newest computer is being used in a recording studio and time is of importance. And, oh by the way, customer service is non-existent.

I had been dreading my FORCED conversion to Win 10. Have PERFECTLY working 8-yr old Lenovo ThinkCentre with Win 7; but, it would not be "worthwhile" to 'upgrade'. Thus, a NEW machine was the only answer. After much research, I determined the "specs" desired. Could not FIND an appropriately "speced" machine in a local bricks/mortar store.Turning to Amazon, I was delighted to discover my "perfect" machine from Oemgenuine, at a very competitive price. Not being a true 'techie', I was a bit reluctant knowing the machine would be OEM. Was not exactly sure what that means, these days. YEARS ago, it might have meant I would have to assemble a few things; AND, perhaps INSTALL the operating system.Bottom line: I am a HAPPY CAMPER!!-- Order arrived within 7 days of ordering-- Order was WELL/Securely packaged-- Setup instructions EXTREMELY simple/easy [literally 'plug & play']-- Once keyboard, mouse, and monitor attached... NOTHING beyond plug-in to power and follow on screen-- Pleasantly surprised by Lenovo "form factor"... about ?1/3 of my earlier mini-tower-- Quiet, speedy, fantastic machineIt will take TIME to transfer programs and data.Thank you: Lenovo, Oemgenuine, and Amazon!!

This thing is blazingly fast.I am a software developer, the software I work on usually takes 3-4 minutes to compile. Doesn't sound bad, but when you are staring at a screen waiting, it seems like forever. especially if you make a mistake and it fails minutes into it.After setting this all up, my compile time went to under 20 seconds. it was so fast, at first I didn't think it actually compiled.The built-in graphics does easily run my 4K monitor at 60hz, using the display port. Like I said, I am a programmer not a gamer, so I cant speak for how it works for gaming.Computer came fully setup with no bloatware (except the mcafee free trial that all computers come with), I just uninstalled it and installed AVG.I also like the fact that it is a small case, not a monster tower.8-core CPU, 32gb ram, 1tb SSD, for about $1000, you cant beat that anywhere.

I bought the 512GB NVMe + 1TB HDDThis thing is FAST! 10 second boot time. When you click on apps, they open right up with no delay or load times. I upgraded the 1TB HDD with a 4TB Surveillance drive. I'm using this computer as the camera software server for an NVR Surveillance system. My OS runs on the NVMe SSD and the recordings are saved to the HDD. This setup is perfect for me.A few random things I can tell you...The OS runs on the SSD. The HDD bay can take a 2.5 or 3.5 inch drive.This computer is worth every penny.

Loving W7 for many years, it was time to upgrade to a W10 machine. I chose a 500GB SSD with 16gigs of ram, and it was very aggressively priced; with W10 Pro loaded it was a no brainer. After two weeks I have had no problems and that 8 second boot time brings a smile every time I punch that power button. Lenovo support was very quick to change the start date of the warranty for me (responded within hours to my email) so that I received my full 12 months.So far so good; thanks to oemgenuine for offering custom builds at great prices. This desktop was exactly what I was looking for.

3rd one purchased. for our small business.

This PC has more than lived up to my expectations! No negative issues to report on the product itself, however the inept Amazon shipping tracking still shows the shipment may have been lost. Maybe I should request a refund even though the computer arrive on time. Seriously, Besos needs to tighten his operation up. I was thinking about buying him out, but with another example of shoddy practices I can’t honestly think that would be a good idea now. Get real, Jeff.
