Very nice and usable

I bought the steamer a month back and using it everyday since then .A must have for any woman's wardrobe who has lots of delicate fabrics in her collection like silk , crepe, or even georgette dupatta's . I bought this steamer for last minutes steaming and for travel - and it works great for both . Especially good for woman as we are never sure what we will wear when we go out , and eventually like to wear a garment which is not well ironed . In all those cases, this steamer is a savior . It's handy and fast . I have also carried it for two of my travels ; and it works great . Takes less time; easy to install and use . Only drawback - I wish the wattage power was a bit more or rather if the steam was more strong . Due to this it does not work on very crisp cotton shirts . Works only on blends and light weight textiles . Took out one star for this reason . But overall a great product to buy . Money well spent !

Quality is great as expected from the brand. Weight is average. Not very easy to use for a beginner. But i was able to use well after 5 mins. Specially good for indian dresses and dresses which are complicated to iron with normal iron. Does the job well and removes wrinkles easily. But be careful while using as the steam is really hot and can cause burns if not used with caution. Overall 5 star rating and definitely worth to buy.

I want to return the product...it is not effective at all

This handheld steamer is affordable, simple, and practical. It heats up in 35 seconds and has a water tank that can provide up to 15 minutes of steam. It has a trigger switch for easy operation, and a detachable nozzle for easy cleaning. It also has an anti-drip feature that prevents water leakage. Really Like the portability .

Good product as long as it works as per desired standard. But in 7 months the performance is reduced to almost zero. No experts are willing to repair it.

Works efficiently & removes wrinkles with perfection. It comes with glove for safety so if used cautiously it is a great product. Water tank is good enough for one full garment, refilling is easy & small water tank makes it lighter & convenient to hold is helpful to iron heavy or traditional dresses with ease as its complicated to iron them with normal iron! I surely recommend this.

A good product overall, the only problem is with the water container as it holds very little water and needs frequent re-filling. I was pleased with the wrinkle smoothening effect, yet I must confess that I haven't used it on thick fabrics, so must wait and see how it works on heavy cottons. It is early days yet.
