Q: Is there any show rooms that have this chair so I can try it before purchasing?

Sorry, we don't have any show rooms but we offer 30-day free returns. If you don't like it, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided by Amazon and you don't need to worry about the shipping cost as long as you have the original packaging materials. I know some reviews mentioned about the return cost, which was either after the 30-day limit or don't have the original box. Feel free to try it out and keep the original packaging materials in case you change your mind

Q: For the17 inch seat, what is the weight capacity? It lists both 200lbs and 250lbs.

The weight capacity of the Plus version chair (17.5") has increased to 250lbs. The recommended weight capacity for the regular version chair (15") is still 200lbs.

Q: Love my chair! The bar that lifts and lower the seat though has bent. Can i get another?
